Zweck & Gesamtrelevanz für die Organisation:

Die Position hat die operative Steuerungsfunktion bei der Erfüllung der Vision der Abteilung "Global Workplaces, die das beste Arbeitsumfeld für unsere Mitarbeiter schafft, managt und innoviert, damit sie sich auf ihr Kerngeschäft konzentrieren und optimal arbeiten können" und bei der Erfüllung der Bedürfnisse der vierten Säule der Personalstrategie "Creative Climate To Make A Difference".

Im Mittelpunkt steht die Serviceleistung für Mitarbeiter des Bereichs Workplace Management.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

* Unterstützung bei der Betreuung von Team-Aufenthalten, Athletenbesuchen und Trainingslagern

* Vorbereitung von Campus Experience Aktivitäten

* Pflege und Untersütztung bei operativen Prozesse und Checklisten

* Bei Bedarf Unterstützung bei administrativen Tätigkeiten im Büro

Kenntnisse, Fertigkeiten und Fähigkeiten:

* Englisch-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* Flexibilität & Diskretion

* Organisationfähigkeit

Benötigte Ausbildung und Erfahrung / Mindestanforderung:

* Erste Erfahrungen im Workplace Management oder Hospitaliy Bereich sind vom Vorteil
