Join DGF / DHL Global Forwarding as a Global Information Security Management Intern. The role supports the implementation of DHL policies, processes, standards, and compliance models to meet legal and regulatory requirements, protect DGFF customer data, and safeguard the DGFF and DHL brand and reputation. The position contributes to applying effective information security solutions, balancing risk protection with business benefits.

Your Tasks

* Support the creation and communication of the divisional Information Security vision and strategy.
* Provide subject matter support and consultancy on Information Security topics.
* Support IT system owners in aligning existing IT systems with IT security standards.
* Educate global business and IT communities on the importance of IT security.
* Apply processes for effective IT risk management within the Division, including application risk assessments.
* Support improvements in secure application lifecycle management.
* Assist in the development and execution of AI security risk assessments.
* Support vulnerability assessments by defining remediation plans and following up on their execution.
* Assist with maintaining and developing ISMS policies, standards, and guidelines.
* Produce KPIs, dashboards, and reports for teams and business stakeholders.
* Support project management activities for information security initiatives.

Your Profile

* Enrolled in a degree program in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Sound interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
* Broad understanding of IT services and technical environments.
* Understanding of information security concepts, processes, and compliance models.
* Cultural awareness and ability to work in a global environment.
* Diplomacy and negotiation skills.
* Entry-level experience in an IT-related role (e.g. IT Security, Application Development, Service Management) is a plus.
