Job Description:

This position is offered as either a voluntary or mandatory internship for 6 months.
* Responsibility for filling internship and working student positions
* Close collaboration with HR and Talent Acquisition as well as our departments and hiring managers
* Screening applications and organizing and coordinating interviews
* Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process
* Taking ownership of your own projects and actively contributing ideas to our recruiting and HR work

Qualifications:

* Student in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related field, or already completed degree
* Experience in recruiting
* Interest in an open, relaxed, startup-like work environment
* Ability to conduct interviews in English
* Motivation to join our team and help grow ABOUT YOU with top talent
Nice To Have
* First experience in active sourcing or HR
