Our program is called "Certified International Forwarder (CIF)". It is part of the DHL Group Corporate approach and represents an essential part of culture building, employee engagement, motivation, and skill-building. The program is unique in the entire forwarding/logistics industry. CIF covers all employees in the division DHL Global Forwarding (DGF) i.e. approx. 43,000 colleagues globally. The focus for 2026 will be streamlining of the existing curriculum, development and roll-out of bite-sized learnings while ensuring that existing modules, especially the strategic priorities, are deployed.
Your Role
* Be part of a global Learning & Development program and contribute to both its analytical foundation and operational delivery
* Focus on building and enhancing data-driven solutions, especially Power BI dashboards, to increase transparency and support better decision-making
* Contribute to improving and structuring processes and documentation, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and scalability
* Support the adoption of more efficient and automated ways of working, using digital tools where appropriate
* Act as a link between data, processes, and stakeholders in a cross-functional, international environment
* Support the smooth execution of the program, including session management, communication, and material coordination
* Work closely with an international team and collaborate across cultures
* Take ownership of defined tasks, especially in the area of data, dashboards, and process improvement
Your Tasks
* Design, build, and continuously improve Power BI dashboards, including data connection, preparation, and visualization
* Analyze program data (e.g., participation, engagement, progress) and derive actionable insights
* Translate business requirements into clear, user-friendly dashboards and visualizations
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and support the implementation of more structured and efficient ways of working
* Create and maintain clear, structured documentation (e.g., processes, dashboards, workflows)
* Support the development of training modules and materials management
* Assist with session management (e.g., scheduling, coordination, follow-ups)
* Support internal communication by translating data and program progress into clear and engaging formats
Your Profile
IMPORTANT: You must be a Bachelor or Master student or GAP year student (up to 1 year after Bachelor completion). You must have a valid work permit for an internship in Germany.
* Strong interest in data, analytics, dashboards, and digital solutions
* Experience with Power BI or similar tools, or a strong motivation to learn
* Interest in process improvement, structuring, and working with digital tools
* Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
* Hands-on attitude with a willingness to take initiative and learn quickly
* Strong communication and teamwork skills in an international environment
* Reliable, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
* Advanced PC and internet skills; Power BI and Excel skills required; solid PowerPoint is a plus
* Excellent English communication skills
* BA or MA in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar
