Job Description

POSITION AND MISSIONS
You are joining our Primary team within the Global Securities Settlement department, which is looking for a Manager Securities Primary Distribution Fees, for an internship of 6 months from July 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Emissions: Check the documentation and ensure the codification and creation of securities with our agents as well as clearing systems.
* Booking: Ensure that the transaction entry in systems is correct, consistent, compliant with internal requirements and matches the products sold to customers.
* Settlement-Delivery: Take charge and give instructions for operations.
* Life cycle management: Manage, monitor and pay for emission-related events (coupons, early and final repayments, redemptions) throughout the life of the product.
* Commissions for business providers/distributors: Calculate, control, validate, and pay commissions (Upfront and Running).
* Management of cash discrepancies (Cash breaks): Verify and ensure the reconciliation of cash/securities/accounts for all transactions processed.
* Identify payment flows initiated by sales.
* Check the follow-up of invoices received from clients.
* Manage payments from the dedicated system.
* Follow up on customer emails and ensure that a response is provided as soon as possible.
* Make daily contacts with sales, trading, trade support and other teams.
