Job Description

POSITION AND MISSIONS
You are joining our Primary team within the Global Securities Financing department, which is looking for a Securities Financing Structuring Manager, for an internship of 6 months from September 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Develop, in collaboration with the sales team, the commercial offer of the operation, the preparation of customer pitches/product pitches;
* In connection with trading teams, analysis of market risk operations (such as price volatility and liquidity of financed securities);
* Drafting memos for the risk departments (credit and market);
* Participate in the preparation of a transaction, such as drafting legal documentation or analyzing the accounting and prudential impacts for the client and/or the bank;
* Optimization of the consumption of scarce resources (RWA, LCR, NSFR) in operations for the bank;
* Automation of processes and maintenance of existing macros and code on VBA/Python for stock operations;

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

As a Bac+4/5 level student, you are preparing a business or engineering school diploma with a specialization in Market Finance.

You have solid knowledge of market finance;

You know securities financing products (repo, TRS on bonds, securities lending);

Basic knowledge of banking regulations (LCR, NSFR, RWA);

Comfortable with simulation and statistical analysis methods used to measure market risks;

Curious, able to work in a team, ability to interact with team members;

Good knowledge of data manipulation in Excel, proficiency in VBA/Python;

Good oral presentation;

And last but not least, you are fluent in English.
