Job Description

You are joining our team within the Agency LBO department, which is looking for a Secondary Settlement Manager, for an internship of 6 months from July 2026.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Manage and implement purchases/sales of debt initiated by investment funds. These sales purchases are made through the ClearPar tool (world leader) and ETS (internal tools);
* KYC management/vetting coordination;
* Verification and monitoring of the white list (investors authorized by the credit agreement);
* Management of email requests (responses to fund issues, monitoring and coordination of responses for cross-functional teams);
* Database management and data quality;
* Management and anticipation related to stakeholder events on LBO financing operations with its resulting systems (management of freeze-offs communicated to investors and delaying requests);
* Managing Audit Requests;
* Reconciliations, discretionary management;
* Import into ETS of all data related to existing lenders for new LBO operations and all management events (facility add-on, prepayment, facility increase);
* Matching positions between our various tools and identifying discrepancies (at each "IPD" date of interest payment and in forecasting any management event);
* Management and follow-up of the payment of transfer commissions (reminders, nettings, follow-up with the Back office);
* Management and monitoring of IT issues impacting our internal and external systems + coordination of the resolution solution.

The candidate may also be involved:
* In ongoing automation projects (user forms, macro, VBA);
* The primary settlement under the supervision of the LBO Agents;
* Including the coordination of a dedicated KYC/Vetting team for the operation;
* Transversal projects in the Agency department;
* Annual circulation of LBO clients;
* Annual deposits information (regulatory reporting);
* Annual FATCA reporting for LBO clients;
* Intervention on the Agency Optimized Finance side.
