As you are responsible to assist the Project Engineering team in coordinating engineering activities and project deliverables.
To succeed in this role, you should have strong interest in project engineering, project management, and the oil & gas, energy, or infrastructure industry.

What you'll do
We are looking for Project Engineering Intern to join our team in Indonesia.
The role responsibilities include:
· Assist the Project Engineering team in coordinating engineering activities and project deliverables.
· Support the preparation, review, and maintenance of project documentation, reports, registers, and engineering records.
· Assist in tracking engineering progress, action items, and project schedules.
· Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
· Support project meetings by preparing meeting materials, recording minutes, and following up on action items.
· Assist in document control activities and ensure project documents are properly filed and distributed.
· Participate in engineering reviews, project discussions, and coordination meetings as required.
· Support data collection, analysis, and preparation of presentations related to project activities.
· Ensure compliance with company procedures, project requirements, and applicable HSE standards.
· Perform other project-related tasks assigned by the Project Engineering team.

What you'll have
· Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline).
· Strong interest in project engineering, project management, and the oil & gas, energy, or infrastructure industry.
· Good organizational and time-management skills.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
· Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Eager to learn and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment.
· Availability to commit to the internship period as required by the project.
