Job Description
We are currently seeking a Project & Construction Intern as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

How you will contribute?
* Gather requirements through meetings and site visits with internal teams (space, headcount, ways of working, technical needs and furniture)
* Analyze existing spaces and technical/regulatory constraints
* Support the development of layouts and production of architectural drawings and design solutions
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, Facility, HSE) and external consultants to ensure alignment and compliance
* Support the definition of project timelines and cost estimates (works, furniture, services)
* Provide operational support: coordinate suppliers, conduct site inspections, plan activities and monitor project progress
* Manage logistics for internal moves and setup activities, including communication to impacted users
* Support administrative and documentation tasks (purchase orders, reporting, meetings, document management) and post-completion follow-up

Who you are?
* University degree in Engineering, Architectural or equivalent.
* Eligible for 6 months curricular internship
* The ability to work as part of a team with flexibility, a positive attitude and under pressure.
* Have a positive & proactive attitude
* Fluent in Italian and English.
* Ability to work in team.
* Flexible and adaptable.
* Microsoft Office, CAD, Adobe Photoshop knowledge
