Overview IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY | FULL-TIME | 6-MONTHS We are looking for a passionate and engaged Indirect Purchasing Intern to join our Indirect Purchasing team in our Global HQ in Milan. Your Impact In this role, you will support the team in the following activities: Analyzing and synthesizing data related to purchasing processes and supplier performance; Using Excel to manage and process large sets of data, creating reports and insights for decision-making; Assisting in the management of contracts and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness; Collaborating with internal company functions (administration, legal, finance) to ensure the smooth execution of processes; Monitoring purchase orders (SAP Ariba) and tracking delivery shipments, payment statuses, and other key metrics; Supporting the team in optimizing data-driven decision processes. Qualifications Bachelor/Master's degree in economics or related field; Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, reporting tools); Professional use of Italian and English; Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; Ability to synthesize complex data and present clear insights.
