About this Position

What you´ll do

* Identify and collect process losses for all productive line
* Do a weekly and monthly summary of production losses
* Update the board and the cube with specific KPIs
* Support operator for Problem solving activites
* Participate in the daily direction-setting process - report results, flag issues and request resources
* Prepare and give training on process/equipment changes
* Cooperate with the team for procedure and standardization
* Provide on-site support for HPS communication activities and general event organisation

What makes you a good fit

* Master's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or other related fields
* Flexible attitude to new technologies
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Goal-oriented and problem-solving skills
* Fluent in English
* MS Office package knowledge
