In the Rome Business School we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Intern to join our dynamic team.
This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the operations of a business school. The ideal candidate will support the department by assisting campus support in executing, controlling, and reporting.

Main responsibilities and task:
You will provide support in the following tasks under the supervision of your tutor:
* Daily control of on campus classes functionality (Microphones, mixers, Camera, monitors).
* Check and help for start and close on campus courses.
* Check the lines, phones, connections.
* Assist the users for troubleshooting in academic platform.
* Students status transitioning in the platform.
* Help company personnel and assist the team staff to solve the service problem.
* KPIs: Daily checklist update, daily activity monitoring and student registration.

Requisitos

Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* Language: Italian C1, English B1 and Spanish is a plus.
* Experience: not necessary.

We are looking for a candidate who has:
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Interest in the academic field and educational environments.
* Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
* Understanding of troubleshooting methods.
* Teamwork skills.
* A keen willingness to learn.
* Good understanding of IT systems, including Office packages, web, and server environments.
