Overview STARTING FROM SEPTEMBER | FULL-TIME | 6-MONTHS We are looking for a passionate and engaged IT Service Desk intern to join our IT Service Desk team in our Milan HQ. Your Impact Management of user requests and problems related to assigned devices; Management of employee onboarding and offboarding, including asset management; Assisting in the configuration and support of hardware and software devices; Monitoring and managing support tickets through our ticketing system; Collaboration with IT other departments to ensure timely resolution of reported issues. Qualifications Diploma/Degree in the IT field; Basic knowledge of both hardware and software aspects of computers; Familiarity with major operating systems; Knowledge of Office Automation; Good command of the English language; Availability, flexibility, and listening skills; Basic networking skills and familiarity with major instant communication systems.
