JOB PURPOSE
The intern will actively contribute to the Food & Beverage team by supporting daily operational activities across existing locations, as well as participating in projects related to new openings for Prada Caffè and Marchesi 1824.
This position represents a valuable opportunity to be involved in international initiatives, gain exposure to operational excellence, and contribute to the evolution and development of Food & Beverage concepts within a prestigious luxury context.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support the coordination of new store openings, including checklists, timelines, documentation, SOPs, and benchmarking activities
* Provide operational support to existing locations, with a focus on procedures, quality control, reporting, scheduling, and benchmarking
* Assist in menu development projects and product launches
* Conduct benchmarking activities and competitor analysis
* Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and internal documentation
* Assist in the development of training materials and operational guidelines
* Monitor project timelines and ensure follow-up on key activities
* Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (HQ, Operations, Retail, Marketing, Supply Chain)
* Develop reports related to store performance
* Support the development of events and the management of the B2B database
