PROTEC - LUXEMBOURG : IT Infrastructure Workplace and Identity Management Engineer trainee

Beschreibung:

The IT Infrastructure Network Trainee will be in charge :
* Installation and configuration of Windows computers and mobile devices hardware.
* Installation and configuration of software components.
* Administration of the local IT environment, directly related to workplace.
* Participating in defining and documenting configuration.
* Documenting operational support procedures.
* Drafting technical content for knowledge database.
* Security administration and monitoring, in adherence to the security rules imposed.
* Support effective solutions for mitigating security risks;
* Software asset management.
* Licence management.
* Follow ITIL process (incident, problem, change, CMDB,…)
Minimum Requirements:
* Knowledge of Windows configuration tools and Active Directory policy management tools.
* Knowledge in scripting with PowerShell.* Beginner in english (mandatory), French as an advantage, all other languages as advantage (Italian, German, Dutch or Nordics)
* Ability to adapt to the specific challenges of an industrial environment.
* Organizational skills, analytical mindset, and a team-oriented approach.
* Effective communication skill
* Able to provide documentation
* Able to participate transformation project
