Job Description
As an intern in Services Delivery Department, you will support back-office activities of Customer Service, ensuring smooth operations and enhancing service delivery.
You are responsible for:
* Supporting Customer Service daily activities
* Updating internal database with Work Instructions
* Preparing Lean Daily Management boards
* Creating database with medical equipment to be updated in SAP and Salesforce
* Perform easy daily activities in SAP and Salesforce for various markets related contracts, billing, parts administration
You're the right fit if:
* You are currently enrolled as a student
* You are fluent in English at least B2 level
* You know basics of Excel and Word
* You are available to work at least 30 hours/week
