About the role
Join our Global Commercial Excellence & AI Sales Enablement team to build & deploy AI technologies for sellers worldwide. In this global role, you'll collaborate with international teams to drive next-generation agentic AI solutions, which provide sellers with proactive insights, recommendations, and actions.

Where, what, and how?

* Internship, min. 20 hours per week, 6 months mandate contract,
* Warszawa (office at Konstruktorska Street),
* hybrid model possible after achieving independence.

What you will work on
Global AI Adoption & Scale
* Support worldwide adoption to maximize ROI through effective change management
* Assist with license lifecycle management, onboarding, training content, and communications.
* Work with the Global Adoption Squad and regional teams to track actions and share best practices.
Agentic AI, Use Cases & Integrations
* Help design and test new Agentic AI use cases, where AI agents proactively support sellers with nextbest actions.
* Document scalable, global best practices and prompts.
Analytics, Dashboards & Business Value
* Build global dashboards and reports to track adoption, usage, and productivity impact.
* Support business value and ROI storytelling for AI Agents.
Saturation & Line of Business Exposure
* Support global Saturation initiatives by identifying adoption gaps and scaling opportunities.
* Work across different Lines of Business, understanding how AI and sales needs vary by business and region.

Who we are looking for
* Student in Business, Engineering, Data, Analytics, or Digital fields.
* Curious about AI, agentic systems, and global business.
* Comfortable with data, dashboards, and structured analysis.
* Proactive, detailoriented, and eager to work with international teams.

* English - fluent (verbal and written),
