Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role
As an Order Management for Finance, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of Finance and Procurement data in Purchase Orders and supporting the stakeholder community with Purchase Order-related questions.

* Purchase Order Verification: Verify and validate Purchase Order Requests and monitor the delivery of missing information
* Process Management: Support Purchase Order submission, change, and closing processes
* Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with buyers and requestors to clarify any discrepancies
* Data controls: Perform simple detective controls on finance data

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Education: A degree in Finance or Economics
* Tools: Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Working style: Good communication skills, with a strong customer orientation and the ability to work independently; motivation to learn new topics
* Languages: Have a good command of English (at least B2 level). German knowledge would be a plus
