Job Description

What You'll Experience :
* Assignments & Projects: Work on projects aligned with your major to build practical experience Mentorship & Development:

* Participate in hands-on activities and cross-functional collaboration

Where You'll Contribute :
* Assist in preparing purchase orders for project materials and services.
* Support team for evaluating suppliers based on project requirements.
* Help obtain and compare quotations to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
* Follow up with vendors to track delivery schedules aligned with project timelines.
* Coordinate with project teams (engineering, site, project controller, etc.) to understand material needs.
* Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and vendor data.
* Assist in monitoring inventory and ensuring availability of project materials.
* Support contract documentation and compliance with project specifications.
* Help resolve basic supply or delivery issues in coordination with the team.
* Ensure procurement activities follow company policies and project budgets.

What You Bring :
* Students currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Production, Mechanical, Electrical, or Environment, Health & Safety),
