Program Intern We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Successful candidates must be able to commit to either of the following Internships - From January to June - From May to August (Summer) Responsibilities - Participate in the development of e-commerce governance systems, including seller onboarding, compliance enforcement, risk control, and policy execution workflows. - Support the implementation of rule- and strategy-driven governance logic to ensure platform safety, regulatory compliance, and business scalability. - Help build internal tools and configuration platforms to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention. - Work closely with engineers and product managers to understand governance requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Ihr Profil:

Minimum Qualifications - Undergraduate or Postgraduate currently pursuing a Degree/Master in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline. - Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and their time and space performance. - Familiar with at least one backend programming language (e.g. Go, Java, Python) and basic backend development concepts. - Familiar with common backend middleware such as MQ, Redis, and Elasticsearch, and their typical use cases. Preferred Qualifications - Experience using common backend middleware in coursework, projects, or internships. - Strong interest in platform governance, compliance, risk control, or trust & safety related domains. - Experience with AI agents, AI-assisted coding tools, or building automation using LLMs is a strong plus.
