* Participate in the recruitment process which involves sourcing, screening, and selecting of ideal individuals for Monee
* Manage recruitment projects, which includes determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, mapping
* Schedule interviews with candidates and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
* Maintain accurate and timely recruitment data and reports
* Other adhoc tasks within the recruitment function as assigned
* Passionate about people, services and culture

Ihr Profil:

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
* Passionate about people, services and culture
* Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and result-orientation
* Demonstrates exceptional communication competency, both oral and written, in a diverse culture
* Hardworking, highly accountable and reliable
* Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn
* Full-time interns preferred, part-time interns who can commit a minimum of 3 days a week are also welcome to apply

Through this internship, you will play an active role in sourcing and placing some of the most highly sought-after talents. You will be exposed to numerous areas of campus recruitment, including talent mapping, employer branding and full-cycle recruitment
