This role focuses on applying AI to support social media and community operations at Razer. You will work on structured tasks across content, moderation, and reporting workflows using existing tools, templates, and guidance from the team.
Job Responsibilities:
* Build simple scripts or workflows to automate repetitive tasks across content, community, and reporting (e.g. content formatting, report generation, response templating)
* Integrate AI tools into existing workflows using APIs or no-code platforms where applicable
* Execute AI-assisted workflows for content drafting, community replies, and reporting.
* Test and refine prompts across different use cases (e.g. short-form content, summaries, moderation responses).
* Support development of internal AI tools by contributing to prompt design, testing, and output evaluation.
* Review AI outputs for accuracy, tone, and obvious risks before use.
* Organize and structure internal materials (e.g. brand guidelines, past campaigns, moderation rules) for use in AI systems.
* Document workflows and outputs so they can be reused by the team.
* Perform ad-hoc department administrative duties as required.

Requirements:
* Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
* Basic working knowledge of Python, APIs, or automation tools, with ability to build simple scripts or workflows
* Familiarity with generative AI tools and how prompts affect output quality.
* Ability to review AI outputs, identify obvious issues, and iterate based on feedback.
* Able to follow structured workflows and improve outputs over time.
* Clear communicator who can explain how something works and why it matters.
* Commitment period of 6 months or longer would be preferred.
* Passionate about gaming.

Good-to-have
* Exposure to LLM concepts (e.g. prompting, retrieval, evaluation).
* Experience building small automation projects (e.g. scripts, bots, or workflow tools)
* Familiarity with social media or content workflows.
* Experience working with structured data or simple backend logic.
