Get to Know the Team
The People Operations (Pops) team attracts extraordinary talent that makes up the Grab family. In our tight-knit Talent Acquisition team, you will help shape a future and play an important role in Grab's growth.
Get to Know the Role
You will manage the hiring process and engage with a global talent workforce. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Business Partner onsite at Grab's Singapore One North office. This is a full-time internship from January to May 2026.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
* You will gain experience in the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer management.
* You will assess candidates through structured screening and refine criteria in hiring debriefs.
* You will use recruitment platforms and AI tools to enhance candidate engagement.
* You will contribute to projects optimising recruitment workflows

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need
* Undergraduate degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Arts & Social Science, or related fields.
* Experience in team collaboration and contributing to group goals.
* Identify tasks and opportunities for contribution without waiting for assignments, manage process flows and tasks to meet timelines.
* An eye for accuracy to details, show ease in speaking with candidates and building relationships.
* Familiarity with AI tools and platforms.
* Experience in recruiting, from sourcing candidates to the interview and hiring process will be an advantage
