About the Job

Our Team

Strategic Partnerships Department plays a crucial role in managing government relations, regulatory processes, and tender operations. Our team works closely with various stakeholders including government institutions, healthcare authorities, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities

* Following up the import permit process from TİTCK (Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency)
* Accompany vaccine delivery to Ministry of Health warehouse and complete required procedures
* Following up laboratory processes of vaccine batches
* Following official applications to government institutions
* Support tender documents preparation including notarization, translation, and bank documents
* Archiving and document management
* Other supportive tasks inside and outside of the office

About You

* Education: Currently studying Pharmacy, Biology, or Chemistry
* Experience: Previous involvement in tender document preparation processes
* Languages: Fluency in Turkish, working knowledge of English (written and spoken)
* Soft skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, document management systems
