IM&S Spot Buy Intern
As an Indirect Spot Buy Intern, you will learn and gain practical experience on IM&S (Indirect Materials and Services) by supporting the Spot Buy team in the delivery of services efficiently and effectively.
You will learn from the inside how IM&S procurement works in Givaudan on a European level while being part of a multicultural team with members of the team assigned in different production sites across Europe.
You will be located in Budapest, and you will report directly to the Spot Buy Manager.
You will be
Supporting day-to-day operations in the IM&S Spot Buy area including
PO Management
● Release Purchase Orders in SAP according instructions concerning Stocked materials and needs of specific sites
Issue Resolution
● Manage price mismatches in catalogs
● Handling PO update/deletion requests
● Assist in Stocked Materials purchasing data maintenance
● Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
● Adherence to policies and procedures
● Manage incoming related employee and vendor queries via relevant communication channels (mostly service management tool)
● Assist in new vendor creations / updates by creating requests in EDM tool
You?
● Languages Fluent in English. Additional language (French or German) will be an advantage.
● Active student status and available for at least 1 year
● Willingness to explore procurement
● No procurement experience required but a plus if it exists
