Start your career with the General Mills Finance Leadership Development Program Internship (FLDP) and join a company that welcomes bigger, bolder thinking and allows for insatiable curiosity. The FLDP is designed to provide incoming analysts with a variety of roles and experiences, building skills in technical foundations, functional depth and business basics. FLDP analysts receive training to accelerate their impact.

The internship experience is a robust 10-week program leading projects critical to our business.

IS THIS YOU?
Minimum Qualifications:
* Pursuing a BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
* Graduating in Winter 2027 or Spring 2028

Preferred Qualifications
* A leader who can drive results and make an impact
* Possess strong analytical skills, work well as part of a team and communicate effectively
* Demonstrate curiosity and a passion for learning, and ability to influence others

HUNGRY FOR WHAT'S NEXT?
* Internship is 10 weeks in Summer 2027

The hourly rate for this position is $27.12 hour. General Mills strives to provide fair and competitive pay that reflects your skills, experience, and academic background. The pay for this role considers many factors, including, but not limited to, your degree program, major, and year in school.
