Job Title: Trainee, Client Engagement
Reports to: Coordinator, Client Engagement
JOB PURPOSE:
The Dior Corporate Trainee participates in a program designed to identify and develop future talent for the organization across functional areas. By working closely with their assigned Department, the Trainee supports the organization's short and long-term objectives through day-to-day administrative and long-term project work. Trainees across departments will collaborate to develop initiatives to improve business results and present a project to our Executive Leadership Team.
Full-time, 12 Month Program Must be available M-F, 9-6pm, Friday work from home At least 6 months of prior experience Strong communications skills both verbal and written Background in luxury retail is a plus, not required Proactive follow-through practices Strong time management skills and prioritization with the ability to work under specific timelines and fast-paced environments Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to accuracy Proficient analytical capabilities and computer skills, must be able to learn new applications quickly Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook)
