Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking an HR Data Transformation Intern. As a valued member of the HR team, this role will support the modernization of people analytics infrastructure by bridging business operations and HR data to help translate organizational challenges into actionable quantitative insights.
The intern will play a vital role in scaling data frameworks, optimizing reporting capabilities, and supporting analytics initiatives that help shape workforce strategies across the corporate and retail employee ecosystems. This role will work closely with HR business partners, People Solutions, Client Services, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, HR technology, or related project-based work Advanced proficiency in Power BI dashboard development and data visualization Strong technical capability in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis Experience working with large datasets and advanced Excel modeling, including Power Query, complex lookups, or VBA Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights for business stakeholders Collaborative mindset with the ability to build trust and work effectively across teams Interest in retail, luxury, HR analytics, or workforce transformation is a plus Compensation Undergraduate Interns will be compensated at: $20/hour Graduate Interns will be compensated at $25/hour Criteria Recent graduate student pursuing a degree in a related field of study Able and willing to work at the assigned location or able and willing to travel between the New York corporate office and the Piscataway Client Services location, as needed We welcome candidates who can commit to a full-time basis for up to 37.5 hours per week from September 2026 to December 2026. Legally authorized to work in the US The position requires 4-5 days per week on site, with regular availability across the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office in New York and the Piscataway Client Services location
