eStore Sales Administration Intern

Job Description:

Position Summary
We are looking for a new Intern to join our eStore team!

Role and Responsibilities

* Creation of sell-out reports, PSI reports, and other sales-related reporting requests
* Calculation of sell-out forecast to achieve weekly/monthly/yearly sales targets
* Market analysis and comparative reporting
* Tracking stock status, sell-out status, out-of-stock reports, return status, and new arrivals
* Based on new arrivals, track and execute product registration in product catalogue
* Prepare calculations, sales forecast, and profit simulaton for promotion approvals
* Prepare briefing docs for promo setup after approval is completed
* Daily/weekly check of S.com promo execution (promo mechanism, pricing, discounts applied, bundle deals, etc.)
* Supporting direct supervisor upon whose request performs all other tasks

Skills and Qualifications

* University degree or last year of studies (preferably Economics ore Business) with ability to work full time
* Fluency in English
* Knowledge of MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Highly organized, with the ability to work on multiple projects at once
