Your tasks
Whether it's a mandatory or voluntary internship - As an intern (m/f/d), you will definitely benefit from attractive remuneration and will support the team with the following responsible tasks from 01.10.2026:

* Support in creating and publishing internal communication content
* Collaboration on HR communication campaigns and internal communication initiatives
* Support in social media management and content creation
* Create professional presentations with MS Office 365, especially PowerPoint
* Editorial preparation of information and storytelling for various communication channels
* Organization and coordination of communication activities and team formats
* Close cooperation with various stakeholders in the HR environment and support in day-to-day business

Your profile
You are studying communication sciences, marketing, media management, a comparable course of study or are in a gap year.

You also have the following knowledge and skills:

* Excellent communication skills and a secure sense of language
* Very good editorial skills and creativity in storytelling
* First experience in social media management and using digital communication channels
* Safe use of MS Office 365, in particular PowerPoint and Teams
* Structured, organized and independent way of working
* Interest in internal communication and a basic understanding of HR topics
* High willingness to learn and enjoy working in a team
* Ideally, initial practical experience in a communications or HR environment as well as good English skills
