Your Task

This role involves managing network connections and logical changes for Deutsche Telekom customers through MPLS network operations. The position focuses on administrative tasks, process monitoring, and supporting team activities.

Responsibilities

* Delete network connections and manage logical changes for Deutsche Telekom customers via e-mail or various software interfaces
* Provide administrative and documentation tasks
* Monitor processes and workflows
* Prepare statements, statistics, and presentations
* Support colleagues with their activities
* Maintain regular communication and keep in touch with stakeholders

Your Profile

We are looking for a motivated Student Intern to support Deutsche Telekom customer operations with strong administrative skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and German language capabilities for handling professional communications.

Must Have Skills

* Full-time, active student legal relationship
* German language skills for interpreting professional texts and handling emails
* Ability to work at least 20 hours per week
* Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office: MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
* Efficient scheduling skills (flexible)
* Precise and accurate work approach

* Monotony tolerance

Nice to Have Skills

* Study at the faculty of informatics or the faculty of business informatics
* Knowledge of the English language
