What you´ll do
* Accomplishes tasks as directed by supervisor(s) Supports processes/operations of the respective Henkel team Complies with Henkel's internal guidelines, rules and regulations
* Managing internal HR communication
* Taking ownership of internal employer branding activities (e.g., recognition initiatives, onboarding days)
* Supporting learning & development projects and workshops
* Providing administrative support in daily HR operations
* Assisting in the preparation of HR reports and internal audits
* Cooperating with external providers, including purchase order management
* Contributing to the improvement and optimization of HR processes
* Supporting the HR team in various ongoing projects
What makes you a good fit
* University student (preferably in Economics, Business Administration, or HR) with minimum 2 years of active student status
* Native Hungarian speaker with at least intermediate English proficiency
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Growth mindset with a proactive, solution oriented and out-of-the-box approach
* Creative, well-organized and genuinely eager to learn about HR
* Discreet, trustworthy and comfortable handling confidential information
* Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel
