EY GDS - Rewards and Transactions (Intern)

As a member of our Rewards and Transactions practice, you will be part of a team that supports clients in aligning their HR functions with organizational plans to build better Compensation and Benefits strategies, while prioritizing employee experience as a core consideration.

EY GDS is seeking qualified candidates to join our Rewards and Transactions practice team. Our team is actively involved in providing Total Rewards and HR consulting services to various world-class organizations across the globe.

Opportunity at EY:
* Experience and learn world-class consulting best practices while working on global client projects.
* Collaborate on global client projects as part of a distributed team. Ensure the quality of all work outputs, adherence to timelines, and accuracy of content.
* Engage and learn Compensation and Benefits Design, Executive Compensation, Benchmarking, Rewards Compliance, Job Evaluation, Pay Equity, Job Family Architecture, and HR M&A transactions.
* Spot potential areas of non-compliance with legal requirements and opportunities for performance improvements within the function.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
* Preferred - Completed Bachelor's or Pursuing Master's degree in HR or Mathematics
* Pursuing full-time post-graduation from other streams who are interested to join the field of HR consulting.

Preferred Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with extensive knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel tools. Prior consulting or HR experience will be considered an advantage. Additionally, familiarity with the latest in-demand skills such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), prompt engineering, data analytics, and digital transformation will enhance your candidacy.
