* Supportare il manager di riferimento nell'implementazione e gestione dei processi di compensation and benefit.
* Supportare l'organizzazione e la gestione delle analitiche aziendali e nel processo di Salary Review
* Supportare nella gestione e nel monitoraggio dei principali fornitori attivi
* Gestire tutte le attività in accordo con i Valori aziendali, del Codice Etico di AstraZeneca e nel rispetto delle normative nazionali e regionali
