Responsibilities
* Find and attract top talent, both internally and externally.
* Identify and maximize channels of talent that support critical functional areas.
* Research current recruiting trends and provide team recommendations for best practices.
* Represent the company at events such as career fairs, information sessions, on campus interviewing events and business fairs to schedule and conduct interviews.

Qualifications
* Education: Pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources, business or another related field required
* Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office Applications
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills required
* Must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and maintain confidential information
