As an Advisor, IES Invoice to Cash, you'll play a key role in managing customer relationships and optimizing the end-to-end Invoice to Cash (ITC) process. In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams and external customers to ensure timely collections, resolve deductions, and maintain efficient order and payment processes.
You will collaborate with sales, customer service, finance, and other stakeholders while serving as a trusted point of contact to drive strong customer partnerships and financial performance.
We're looking for you to bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to enhance cash flow, improve processes, and deliver operational excellence within our Invoice to Cash function.
HERE´S WHAT YOU´LL BE DOING:
* Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment with WK Kellogg's terms of sale.
* Manage collections activities, proactively following up to ensure timely payments and reduce aged receivables.
* Handle and resolve invalid deductions (pricing, fees, shipment issues) by partnering with sales and customer service teams.
* Oversee order hold and release processes, ensuring smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
* Partner cross-functionally (sales, customer service, finance, order management) to address customer and process-related challenges.
* Ensure compliance with WK Kellogg Co policies, including GAAP, SOX, audit requirements, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Analyze data and trends to identify gaps, mitigate risks, and drive continuous process improvements.
* Support and participate in initiatives that enhance Invoice to Cash efficiency and effectiveness.
* Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates, insights, and recommendations.
* Contribute to a high-performance, customer-focused culture while supporting team collaboration and operational excellence.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
* 2-3 years of relevant experience in collections, deductions, customer service, or related areas.
* Experience managing customer relationships and resolving financial or operational issues.
* Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office tools (especially Excel).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and take action.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
