Job Description

You are joining the Global Markets / Securitized Product Group Paris team as a Structurer. Composed of 6 people, the team's main mission is to structure, financial modeling and execution of public or private securitization operations on various asset classes.
On a daily basis, your tasks are to:
* Lead the origination, structuring and execution of public or private securitization operations on different asset classes (residential mortgages, consumer loans, leasing, etc.);
* Model financial operations and analyze their cash flows;
* Manage day-to-day relations with internal third parties (credit teams, Prudential Standards, Middle Office, etc.) and external third parties (prospects, clients, rating agencies, legal advisors, etc.);
* Ensure the rigorous monitoring of existing operations (management, performance, risk management and processing of amendments).

As a structurer, you participate in the structuring of complex securitization transactions and in the overall management of financial and regulatory risks associated with these transactions.
