GHRBP Discovery Solutions, Commercial Office & Digital/e-Commerce
Job Summary:The GHRBP for Discovery Solutions will partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals, focusing on business transformation, leadership excellence, and advancing skills. This role will enhance employee engagement, drive performance management, and support talent development initiatives within the Discovery Solutions business unit. The ideal candidate will bring an external perspective and emphasize customer centricity within the organization, acting with a growth mindset, agility, and empowerment to foster a dynamic and responsive workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and develop HR initiatives that support these goals.
* Provide expert HR guidance and support on various HR processes, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.Lead and support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes.
* Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and recommend actions to improve employee engagement and retention.
* Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
* Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive work environment, but mainly driving growth, customer centricity, empowerment and agility.Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures, collaborating closely with regional and local HR colleagues.
* Support belonging and inclusion within the business unit.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role, preferably in a global or multinational environment.
* Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws and codetermination bodies.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
* Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite.Preferred
Preferred Skills:
* Experience in the HR for Pharma, BioPharma or Life Science industries or related fields.
* Knowledge of talent management and organizational development strategies.
* Familiarity with data analytics and HR metrics.
