Job Description:
We have this exciting role for you:
* Planning, coordinating, liaising, approving and monitoring infrastructure projects and other services (e.g. staff catering, workwear, fleet management, office supplies)
* Drafting tenders and analysing and evaluating bids
* Assisting with budget planning, budget control, invoice verification and reporting
* Organising and processing visa and work permit applications for expatriate staff, as well as coordinating with authorities and external service providers
* Organising and carrying out the (official) registration of expatriate staff (e.g. registration authorities, immigration authorities, social security, bank)
* Support with administrative matters relating to expatriate staff
* Organising and coordinating accommodation for expatriate staff in collaboration with the procurement department, as well as documenting accommodation details in internal systems
What you bring to the role:
* A university degree in business administration or human resources, or a completed commercial apprenticeship
* Relevant professional experience in the areas mentioned above
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as a high degree of responsibility and reliability
* Excellent organisational skills and a structured and meticulous approach to work
* Good knowledge of MS Office
* Very good command of Chinese, German and English
