HR Partner (all genders) - Product Supply
As a People Partner (m/f/d) at Bayer, you operate at the intersection of people, mindset, and technology, supporting leaders and organizations to unlock their full potential. With your broad HR expertise and deep knowledge in selected areas, you actively shape change processes and contribute to an innovative, high-performance company culture.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* You address requests from People Leaders, utilizing innovative tools such as AskHR, and act proactively beyond the use of HR dashboards
* In cross-functional teams, you design and lead initiatives, such as change management activities, organizational transformations, or HR projects to increase efficiency
* You support transformation processes (e.g., restructuring, M&A) and develop tailored HR solutions, including retention measures in line with global guidelines
* Fostering collaboration, work relationships, and employee retention is at the core of your consulting for teams, leaders, and employees
* You contribute your expertise in topics such as DE&I, labor relations, or talent management and implement initiatives across divisions
* Building trustful cooperation with employee representatives and managing employee relations issues are part of your daily work
* You analyze internal trends and external market dynamics to develop impactful HR solutions
WHO YOU ARE
* You hold a university degree or have equivalent experience
* You bring solid knowledge and experience in both strategic and operational HR portfolios
* Strong interpersonal skills, especially in building trustful relationships, conflict resolution, consulting, and coaching, set you apart
* You are familiar with local labor law frameworks and understand business drivers and challenges
* A strong outcome and solution orientation as well as the ability to reduce complexity are among your strengths
* You leverage digital technology and data to generate talent and organizational insights

You demonstrate a strong combination of broad HR knowledge and deep expertise in at least one area, serving as a role model for VACC and DSO behaviors
* High agility, quick comprehension, and the ability to manage multiple topics in parallel is part of your profile
* You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
