Job Description:

* Ensuring governance for HR Services processes in the Eastern European region
* Managing quality issues / service requests coming from the locations related to outsourced processes
* Supporting outsourcing initiatives
* Supporting service related transformations
* Supporting locations in their non-outsourced activities in the scope of HR Services

Qualifications:

* University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
* Several years of HR experience, Service Center background and leadership experience preferred
* Strong knowledge of international HR practices
* Experience with HR management of HR systems and data analysis tools
* Demonstrated expertise in HR Services and project management
* Fluent English language skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
