As a Junior PMO, you'll work alongside experienced project and delivery managers, gaining hands-on experience in how large-scale IT projects are planned, tracked, and delivered. Where can this take you? This role is a proven steppingstone toward a Project Manager or PMO Lead position.

What You'll Do
* Support project managers in the daily coordination and delivery of IT and transformation projects - learning the ropes from experienced professionals
* Help organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with both internal teams and clients
* Track tasks, timelines, and milestones - assist in managing project plans, budgets, and deliverables (e.g., in MS Project)
* Prepare reports and status updates - from standard templates to tailored project insights
* Contribute to project metrics tracking and financial reporting - gain real exposure to how projects are measured and managed
* Collaborate across project areas and proactively suggest improvements to processes and ways of working
* Support resource planning and coordination within the project team
* Communicate with international teams - mainly in German & English - in a dynamic, cross-border environment
* Learn first-hand how large-scale IT and transformation projects are planned, delivered, and governed using Accenture's best practices

Hard Skills:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree - all fields welcome (business, IT, engineering, humanities, etc.)
* Recent graduate or early-career professional (0-2 years of experience) - internships or working student roles are a plus, but not a must
* Fluent in English, Hungarian and German (written and spoken)
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Familiarity with MS Project or MS SharePoint is a bonus
* Basic understanding of financial processes (e.g., invoicing, budgeting) is an advantage
