About YOU:
* You have 1-2 years past experience in at least a Human Resources Trainee role, preferably in a hotel environment;
* You are knowledgeable in professional HR practices in the Netherlands;
* You have great Microsoft Office skills (some say you Excel at it!);
* You have experience with payroll (preferably ADP), a good understanding of staffing levels and working hours;
* You are able to understand contracts, onboard new comers and clarify any HR related queries;
* You are fluent in English and Dutch, both oral as written;
* You are organized, a fast learner and never miss a deadline;
* You are a people person, loving staff parties and initiatives just as much as your admin work;
* Already holding a valid working permit for the Netherlands.
