Training Assistant with French (1 year contract)

This role is based in Michelin Corporate & Business Services in Bucharest, where more than 1000 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Order to Cash, Service Management and Personnel.
What we're looking for:
* Fluency in French and English;
* Bachelor / Master degree;
* Min. 1 year of experience as a Training Assistant, HR Assistant or in an administrative role;
* Organizational and multitasking ability;
* Attention to details;
* A good team worker and customer-oriented approach;
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office package (medium level of Excel);
* Ability to work with small and medium databases.
What will you do?
Administrative process for training management:
* Participate in the preparation of the annual training plan together with the training responsible.
* Centralize the data needed to organize a training session
* Create training sessions in the record system, in line with the annual plan developed with the training managers or based on specific requests submitted during the year.
* Register participants in the system of record when they were unable to do so themselves using the system or for sessions dedicated to a specific target population.
* Generate from the system and sends to trainers the administrative documents related to training (attendance sheets, training certificates, etc.).
* Send trainers the documents and elements needed for the delivery of training (digital signature system code, usage instructions, etc.).
* Cancel sessions, handling all steps involved in the cancellation process (processing the cancellation, communicating with the parties involved).
* Verify the accuracy of the systems and updates participants' attendance status, if needed.
* Close sessions in the system of record when these are not closed automatically.
* Correct data and anomalies that arise in the system of record and in the digital signature system.
* Communicate, mostly by email, with the training managers to handle special cases or specific issues encountered in the administration process.
* Monitor activity in the shared inbox and is responsible for resolving requests within their training portfolio.
