Description

Are you passionate about developing people and confident delivering training in both English and Romanian? Do you enjoy facilitating engaging sessions and supporting teams to reach their full potential?
If so, you may be our next Learning Specialist in our Bucharest office.

Your future role:

* Deliver new hire and ongoing training sessions in English and Romanian
* Facilitate engaging classroom and virtual learning experiences
* Ensure full understanding of processes, systems, and customer journey flows
* Support associates in developing product knowledge and soft skills
* Evaluate trainee performance through assessments and practical exercises
* Provide structured feedback and identify development needs
* Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and other stakeholders to align training with business requirements
* Update training materials and documentation when processes change
* Support nesting and transition phases post-training
* Monitor training effectiveness and suggest continuous improvement initiatives

Your profile:

* English - Advanced level (C1-C2)
* Romanian - Advanced level (C1-C2)
* Previous experience in training, coaching, or facilitating learning sessions
* Strong presentation and communication skills
* Ability to explain complex information in a clear and structured manner
* Experience working in a KPI-driven, operational environment
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Comfortable working with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel)
* Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment
* Positive, proactive attitude with strong people skills
* Willingness to work fully onsite from our Bucharest office in Sector 6, CAMPUS 6.3
* Flexibility to work in a rotational schedule, Monday-Sunday, including possible night shifts
