Job Description:

As a Global HR Technology Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving change within Zurich's Global HR Technology suite.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and drive technology solutions that align with the company's Global HR strategy. Your expertise in SAP/SuccessFactors will be crucial in optimizing HR processes and enhancing the overall employee experience.

Your Role

As an HR Technology Business Analyst your main responsibilities will involve:

* Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to understand their needs, define requirements, and translate them into functional specifications for SuccessFactors modules.

* Also contribute to the support and evolution of non-SF tools (Crossknowledge, Perceptyx, LinkedIn Learning and some Zurich custom applications).

* Analyze existing HR processes, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements opportunities.

* Evaluate feasibility, cost and impact of proposed application changes with central technology teams and external partners and support prioritization.

* Support delivery of SuccessFactors functionalities based on business requirements, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.

* Develop and execute test plans, perform system testing, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and user acceptance.

* Support change initiatives related to HR technology deliverables, including communication and training.

* Collaborate with external vendors and consultants, ensuring timely delivery of projects, adherence to service level agreements, and effective issue resolution.

* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR technology, recommend enhancements and process improvements to optimize the HR technology landscape.

* Monitor resource consumption & SLAs and provide regular management reporting

* Support troubleshooting, analyzing, detecting, and correcting technical problems and data deficiencies.

* Support the central HR technology team in the successful delivery of HR projects and relevant HR cycle activities.

Your Skills and Experience

As an HR Technology Business Analyst your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

* Bachelor's or master's degree (preferred Business Management or Technology related)

* Several years of working experience in a multicultural, international environment.

* Strong analytical skills and experience in applying technology to a given business contexts and consulting internal clients.

* Profound SAP SuccessFactors expertise.

* Sound knowledge and understanding of technology operations services and processes

* Result- and service-oriented, persistent, high intercultural awareness.

* Team player with open minded attitude and strong outcome orientation.

* Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (further languages are an asset).
