· Drive adoption of HR technology solutions, AI, and self-service tools while maintaining high-touch service delivery in critical moments

Strategic PXT Leadership

· Partner with site(s) leadership to balance operational needs with Amazon's values and people priorities

· Coach Business Leaders on effective people management practices, including performance feedback, team development, and employee relations matters

· Support change implementation by reinforcing messaging, addressing resistance, and helping leaders translate change into local routines

· Execute core PXT processes while building trust and influence through sound business acumen
