Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will provide tactical HR support to front-line business leaders and their teams, ensuring the foundational aspects of people operations run smoothly. You will focus on executing HR processes, delivering employee services, and maintaining operational excellence in day-to-day people management activities. Your work will directly support Associates and managers by ensuring they have what they need to succeed in their roles.
As a Shared PXT team member, you will handle the essential HR functions that keep the business running. A typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:
- Work with a team of PXT employees to deliver consistent, high-quality employee services.
- Support employees through standard HR processes.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for employee questions and concerns through AtoZ and other approved channels, providing timely and accurate information.
- Promote adoption of HR technology and self-service tools to improve efficiency.
- Handle employee queries and situations with discretion, following established policies and procedures.
- Provide effective internal customer service with clear communication and attention to detail.
- Track and report on key HR metrics including attendance, turnover, and process completion rates.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate PXT partners or leadership when needed.
- Complete required training and stay current on HR policies, tools, and processes.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and participate in PXT projects that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency

About the team
You are part of the International Shared PXT team, supporting R2L operations primarily in Italy.
Our team spans three countries, Italy, Spain and the UK. Together, we form a collaborative, cross-border HR function built on shared expertise and a remote-first model.
Your work will span all tactical aspects of Human Resources. In addition to daily operations, we have a strong emphasis on process improvement and AI integration leveraging emerging tools and technologies to better serve our clients
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working with and protecting confidential and sensitive HR information
- Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
- High proficiency in Italian and English
- Knowledge of HRIS Systems
- Experience working with basic employment law and HR or payroll practices
- Experience working with multiple groups of stakeholders
- Experience managing projects and working independently
- Experience leveraging technology to drive process improvements
- Experience in data analysis, with the ability to interpret and draw insights from data to inform decision-making processes

The minimum gross base salary for this position is listed below. The base salary listed corresponds to working on a full-time basis. For part-time hours, the salary will be pro-rated.
Amazon reserves the right to offer a higher salary and/or level, depending on the candidate's skills, competencies, and experience. Amazon's package may include a sign on payment. In addition, the candidate may be eligible to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA.
Your recruiting team will share final salary and any restricted stock unit scheme if applicable, depending on skills and requirements.
In addition to statutory benefits, and those applicable to the relevant CBA, company supplementary benefits may apply subject to further terms.
