Job Description

Tasks:

* Maintaining and administering time management data (recording, reviewing, and correcting working hours, absences, and shift information)
* Supporting the recruiting process (job postings, application management, interview scheduling)
* Assisting with day-to-day administrative HR tasks

Your Profile:

* Enrolled student, ideally with a focus on HR
* Reliable, structured, and organized way of working
* Enjoys working with people and collaborating in a team
* Good knowledge of MS Office
* Excellent German language skills (spoken and written), as they are essential for communication and correspondence within the plant
