Your role at Kanadevia Inova directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond.
* Provide administrative and operational support for learning, talent, and engagement initiatives
* Coordinate training activities, including registrations, communication, and attendance tracking
* Maintain LMS, training records, catalogues, and learning content
* Organize training logistics (venues, materials, providers) and liaise with stakeholders
* Support reporting, budget administration, and continuous improvement of L&D processes
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
* Experience in administration, HR support, or training coordination; LMS exposure is an advantage
* Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
* Good communication and stakeholder management capabilities
* Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools; able to multitask in a dynamic environment
* Proactive, customer-focused approach with a positive and enthusiastic mindset
